Time to shift gears into relaxation and a deeply felt sense of well-being! Total appointment time: 2 hrs Session Plan: 15 min - Arrive and Setup 90 min - Massage 15 min - Wrap Up and Say Goodbye Please have ready: • a 6'x10' space • a clean set of sheets with pillowcase and blanket • any ordinary chair (for me to use) • my printable health information form (if it's your first appointment with me) I will provide everything else.
